    What does this change mean for me?

    • If you wish to continue receiving a paper bill and DO NOT need access to the features of the new system, then there is no action required at this time.
    • Please note that your new bill will contain your new customer and account numbers. You will use these going forward.
    If you DO want to access the new additional features then:
    • You will be able to register for the system starting January 19, 2021
    • You will be assigned a new customer number and account number
    • You're new numbers are located at the top right corner of your bill
    • You will then use the new numbers to signup for the new system
    • IMPORTANT: You will need to register at the new Customer Web Portal to have access to online features such as viewing your bill online and making an online payment.

    What are the features of the new system?

    • Navigate to one time "Pay My Bill" from the home page without logging in (Account and Customer Number required)
    • Signup for paperless billing or continue receiving a paper bill
    • View full transaction history
    • View/print full size pdf versions of your bill
    • View an interactive graph of usage history
    • Update contact information
    • Start, stop, and transfer service
    • Signup for recurring payments using the Auto Pay feature
    • Pay by mail, phone, or online

    Quick Instructions For Registering:

    • You will start filling out the Registration form where it asks for Username (Please note that the username can only include letters and numbers. No spaces or special characters. You can't use your full email address here).
    • Then choose a password, enter in your New Customer Number and New Account Number, and your email. Then hit Register.
    • Once registered, you will need to check your email for the verification link that is sent to you. It will have the subject line: "Columbus Water Works New User Registration". You may need to check your spam folder.
    • After verifying your account, you will be able to login to your back office by visiting http://link.cwwga.org and entering your username and passwords in the top right hand corner.

    Questions About The New System


    The new system will be live as of January 19, 2021. All payments made after this date will go through the new system. You will either need to make a one time payment or signup for an account with the new system.

    • You will find your new customer and account numbers in the top right hand corner of your bill.

    • You're sprinkler meter should be combined with your primary water account.
    • You will see the sprinkler meter usage info under the Usage tab in your back office.
    • If you do NOT see your sprinkler meter, you will need to send an email to CustomerService@cwwga.org and a representative will need to add it manually to your account.


    Your old ACH Bank Draft will no longer be in effect. However, you will be able to setup Auto Pay within the new system. Here you will be able to to either link a debit/credit card or a bank account for payment.

    Check the instructions below for signing up for Auto Pay.

    In order to successfully register, you will be given a new customer number and account number.

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the Manage Services tab
    • Click on Pay Bills  
    • If your customer account number is not auto populated, enter your customer number and account number separated by a dash. (For example: if your customer number is 00000000 and your account number is 0000000, you would enter 00000000-0000000). 
    • Enter and confirm your email address and hit continue.
    You will receive a confirmation email for your records. Note that payments made prior to 8:00pm EST will be posted to your account the following business day.

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading Manage Services tab
    • Click on Auto Pay 
    • Select your Payment Plan Type, Start and Stop Date
    • Fill out your banking information and hit submit

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on Profile
    • Select the option you want to update
    • In the new system, you can update your local address, phone number, username, password, and email address.
    Please note: You can update your billing address, but not your service address.

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Service Orders
    • All of your service requests will be available for your review
    To submit a service request, please contact Customer Service at (706) 649-3400 or email us at customerservice@cwwga.org. Please note, all service requests will need at least 48 hours lead time for completion.

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Usage option 
    • You will be able to view and compare usage history from the last five years

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Billing option 
    • You will be able to view your billing history here
    You will also be able to download a PDF copy of your current and past bills, beginning with your February 2021 bill.

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Account Overview option 
    • Under the Account Preferences column, click yes under Paperless Bill and eNotice

    • Log into Link.CWWGA.org 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Transactions option 
    • You will be able to view all of your transaction history
