    What does this change mean for me?

    • If you wish to continue receiving a paper bill and DO NOT need access to the features of the new system, then there is no action required at this time.
    If you DO want to access the new additional features then:
    • You will be able to register for the system starting January 19, 2021
    • You will be assigned a new customer number
    • You will need your current number to look up your new number
    • You will then use the new number to signup for the new system
    • IMPORTANT: You will need to register at the new Customer Web Portal to have access to online features such as viewing your bill online and making an online payment.

    What are the features of the new system?

    • Navigate to one time "Pay My Bill" from the home page without logging in (Account and Customer Number required)
    • Signup for paperless billing
    • View full transaction history
    • View/print full size pdf versions of your bill
    • View an interactive graph of usage history
    • Update contact information
    • Start, stop, and transfer service
    • Signup for recurring payments using the Auto Pay feature

    Questions About The New System

    The new system will be live as of January 19, 2021. All payments made after this date will go through the new system. You will either need to make a one time payment or signup for an account with the new system.

    • Visit
    • Use the lookup feature at the top of the page
    • Input your old customer number and street address
    • Your new customer number will shown to you
    • Use this number to make a one time payment, or sign up for the new system

    The new system will no longer support ACH Bank Draft. It will however, offer customers the option of Auto Pay which has more features and gives customers more control over their payment method.

    You will be able to:
    • Link a credit or debit card for payment
    • Start/stop payment anytime
    • Change your payment method
    Check the instructions below for signing up for Auto Pay.

    In order to successfully register, you will be given a new customer number. You will use your current customer number located on your January bill in order to obtain your new customer number.

    Your current customer number can be found on your January bill in two locations - in the highlighted blue box on your bill and on the bottom of your bill in the detachable payment slip.

    • Visit and click on New User to register
    • On the New User Registration page, type in your current customer number and your current street number and hit submit. This will give you your new customer number that you will need to complete the next steps.
    • Fill out the remaining information on the page to complete your registration.  

    • Log into 
    • Locate the Manage Services tab
    • Click on Pay Bills  
    • If your customer account number is not auto populated, enter your customer number and account number separated by a dash. (For example: if your customer number is 1234567 and your account number is 2345678, you would enter 1234567-2345678). 
    • Enter and confirm your email address and hit continue.
    You will receive a confirmation email for your records. Note that payments made prior to 8:00pm EST will be posted to your account the following business day.

    • Log into 
    • Locate the heading Manage Services tab
    • Click on Auto Pay 
    • Select your Payment Plan Type, Start and Stop Date
    • Fill out your banking information and hit submit

    • Log into 
    • Locate the heading Manage Services tab
    • Click on Stop, Start, or Transfer Service 
    • Choose from the list of options

    • Log into 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on Profile
    • Select the option you want to update
    • In the new system, you can update your local address, phone number, username, password, and email address.
    Please note: You can update your billing address, but not your service address.

    • Log into 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Service Orders
    • All of your service requests will be available for your review

    • Log into

    • Click on the Usage option 
    • You will be able to view and compare usage history from the last five years

    • Log into

    • Click on the Billing option 
    • You will be able to view your billing history here
    You will also be able to download a PDF copy of your current and past bills, beginning with your February 2021 bill.

    • Under the Account Preferences column, click yes under Paperless Bill and eNotice

    • Log into 
    • Locate the heading My Account tab
    • Click on the Transactions option 
    • You will be able to view all of your transaction history
